Clayton County Public Schools Upgrades to HP Laptops

Clayton County Public Schools, serving 54,000 students across 65 locations in the Greater Atlanta region, needed a major technology refresh for its campuses. The district wanted to upgrade aging laptop systems, support new initiatives, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and better manage its IT environment. ProSys was selected as the trusted partner to help with the large-scale hardware rollout.

ProSys deployed approximately 10,000 HP devices, including HP Chromebook laptops and HP EliteBook 840 laptops, across the district’s schools. The implementation improved performance, flexibility, security, and manageability while keeping the rollout aligned with budget goals. Clayton County Public Schools praised ProSys for strong customer service, clear communication, and close coordination with HP and internal stakeholders, making the project a success.
