This allowed Iron Mountain to drag and drop projects on a timeline and instantly see the impact on resource allocation, transforming red over-allocations into yellow. For ProSymmetry, the key result was the ability to clearly and simply show capacity to leadership, enabling better governance and prioritization decisions, though the case study notes they were still in the early implementation phase at the time of writing.
