RCRC Government publishes 5 design guides with Prosper

Prosper was engaged by an rcrc government via their project partner APEX Advisory to develop a comprehensive set of retail design guides for the groundbreaking KAPT Metro network in Saudi Arabia. The challenge was to create a suite of complex documents that would steer prospective retail tenants to meet the network's high benchmark for design and technical standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality fit-out across the diverse development.

The solution from Prosper was the development of five detailed design guides covering four key anchor stations and a general guide for all other stations. Prosper utilized its extensive retail design development expertise to create process-led content and implemented a bespoke graphic language for an easy-to-navigate, digital-first document suite. The result was a retail fit-out guidelines masterpiece that set a new benchmark for excellence and is considered a testament to Prosper's professionalism and skill.
