Universal, a specialist sub-contractor serving the construction industry, struggled to track sales leads and the issues tied to them, which led to staff–customer miscommunication, poor customer service and lost opportunities. To address this, Universal adopted the ProspectSoft CRM (with plans to add ProspectSoft’s eCommerce integration), bringing the vendor ProspectSoft into the project.

ProspectSoft implemented a centralized CRM that stores all communications against leads, lets managers monitor staff interactions, and provides up‑to‑date customer information. As a result, Universal reports improved lead management, time saved thanks to a user‑friendly system, stronger customer service and better rapport with clients — outcomes ProspectSoft helped deliver and is now extending via its eCommerce integration.
