ProspectSoft built a single, central storage for documents, meetings and contact data accessible to office staff and sales teams on the road, and integrated ProspectSoft CRM with Mediplus’s accounts system. The result was reduced admin (notably eliminating re-keying when confirming orders), real-time activity reporting, time and resource savings, and improved, more professional customer relationships.
