Aspen Electronics was running a 17‑year‑old, fragmented IT setup with five separate systems and no CRM, causing duplicate data entry, slow admin and poor customer visibility. To consolidate their data and modernize processes they selected ProspectSoft and implemented Prospect CRM to serve both Aspen (and its sister company Admiral at the time).
ProspectSoft integrated Prospect CRM with Aspen’s Exchequer accounting system and tailored the platform to their complex product dataset, enabling fast retrieval of emails and quotes, clear customer sales histories and removal of repetitive re‑keying. The result was reduced time spent on manual orders and admin, faster process management, improved customer service and efficiency, and ongoing responsive support from ProspectSoft.
