The Office of Environment and Heritage (NSW Government) engaged Prospecta to standardize and centralize occupational health and safety across its operations using Prospecta’s WorkSafeOnline (WSO). OEH faced fragmented safety data and labor‑intensive audit processes and needed an enterprise solution to automate incident and hazard reporting, investigations, escalations, position‑based notifications, and master‑data management.

Prospecta implemented WSO for roughly 923 users, deploying modules including Hazards, Incidents, Investigations, Risk, Employee, Training, Contractor Management, BBS/Interactions, Audits/Inspections and more. The solution automated investigations and one‑up escalations, configurable notifications, SAP‑to‑WSO master data processing, auto‑scheduled audits and nonconformance checklists, plus standard and ad‑hoc reporting — replacing manual auditing work, improving compliance tracking, reducing overdue tasks and enabling more proactive risk reduction.
