Spotless Group, a leading Australian facility management provider with ~40,000 employees, struggled to maintain price files and material masters for ~170,000 materials from 18,000 vendors, dealing with frequent vendor-driven changes, location-specific pricing and price variations after POs. To address this, Spotless engaged Prospecta and implemented ConnektBizOnline (CBO).

Prospecta’s CBO gave vendors direct login and catalogue management, OCI punch-out and order-management capabilities, location and unit-of-measure mapping, and a user-friendly interface so Spotless no longer has to maintain vendor price files. As a result, catalogue updates are available immediately when vendors change data, Spotless can raise and track POs in CBO, and roughly 250 users access the streamlined system—eliminating manual price-file maintenance and speeding procurement cycles.
