BlueStar, India's leading air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company, faced fragmented dealer and vendor management with long manual processes for dealer registration, export orders and reporting, paperwork-driven workflows, manual email communications, no central document repository and no direct SAP integration. To address these issues, BlueStar engaged Prospecta and adopted Prospecta’s ConnektHub (CH) platform.

Prospecta implemented ConnektHub to deliver multiple applications including a Dealer Portal and Export Order Tracking, plus modules for Material, Customer, Vendor, Price, Dealer Enquiry, Dealer Profile and Proforma Invoice. The solution introduced automated workflows, approvals and notifications, real-time SAP integration, a central data/document repository, self-service forms and reporting—resulting in increased transparency, optimized process execution time, end-to-end export tracking and scalable support for the company’s users (approx. 100 active users) and business growth.
