The company needed a single application for a 360° customer view, better capture and conversion of inquiries, tracking of sales activities (meets, tours, calls), proper routing of customer complaints, simpler payment-to-order workflows, and controlled regional access to customer data.

Prospecta implemented MDO to provide a unified sales and customer portal—single login for prospecting through order booking, customer ledger access, automated offer comparisons, a price calculator, and automatic routing/closed-loop governance for complaints. The solution enabled collaboration on offers and MOUs, monthly requirement capture, restricted order booking to amounts paid, and eliminated false stock-outs, improving transparency, reducing complaint closure delays and order/payment errors for Hindustan Zinc Limited.
