Huhtamaki PPL Limited (HPPL), part of Huhtamaki and a long-standing flexible packaging company, faced fragmented safety management across its India operations with no consistent way to report or govern safety data, no approval or business workflows, manual physical files, no real‑time alerts, and limited tracking of corrective actions. To address this, Prospecta was engaged to implement its WSO (Work Safe Online) solution.

Prospecta deployed WSO modules — incident, investigation, hazard and risk, audit & inspection, work permits, contractor management, induction & training, and visitor management — automating reporting, approvals and notifications. As a result, incidents and hazards are communicated instantly with automatic investigations and monitored corrective & preventive actions, physical file maintenance was eliminated, risk ranking and dashboard analytics provide better oversight, and overall confidence among employees, contractors, stakeholders and investors has increased.
