Global Facility Management Firm, a contractor managing national Defence assets as part of a large global asset manager, needed a compliant system to handle data exchange from the Defence SAP Plant Maintenance system (GEMS) and to support collaboration, data validation and quality across major contracts. Prospecta was engaged to provide a solution that could integrate with Defence systems, authenticate securely, and replace manual, Excel‑based processes while supporting subcontractor collaboration.

Prospecta implemented the MDO DIW Process Integrator to ingest and manage GEMS data and exceptions, and deployed the Fuse Platform to coordinate jobs with subcontractors and map transactions to the client’s Manhattan facilities system and Defence. The solution covered master and transactional maintenance data, added an Integration Cockpit for monitoring and error handling, and delivered Defence compliance that enabled contract execution, increased operational efficiency, reduced revenue loss and customer escalations, and created a reusable framework expanded to other areas.
