Ulta Beauty, the largest U.S. beauty retailer with more than 1,250 stores and thousands of SKUs, faced rapid e-commerce growth and needed a scalable, flexible shipping platform that would integrate seamlessly with Manhattan WMS, IBM Sterling OMS and SAP ERP and support a new ship‑from‑store strategy. After an RFI and finalist review, Ulta Beauty selected ProShip as its shipping partner.

ProShip implemented its multi‑carrier shipping software (including Advanced Date Shopping) with out‑of‑the‑box integrations into Ulta’s enterprise stack, going live in all three Manhattan WMS distribution centers close to peak season with minimal issues and completing ship‑from‑store before the next peak. The ProShip solution delivered measurable ROI across multiple DCs through rate shopping and carrier labeling, added new FedEx and last‑mile capabilities, streamlined business‑rule management, and scaled to support Ulta Beauty’s high parcel throughput.
