GNC, a wellness retailer, needed a scalable omnichannel shipping solution after its e-commerce fulfillment couldn’t keep pace with customer expectations. To leverage closer inventory, expand ship-from-store, and integrate with existing systems, GNC selected ProShip and deployed ProShip Multi-Carrier Shipping Software to support initial rollout in three U.S. distribution centers and future expansion into retail locations.

ProShip implemented multi-carrier labeling and carrier integrations compatible with enVista Enspire OMS and JDA WMS, added ship-from-store capability, Amazon MFN controls (including voiding labels and manual label backup), and modernized transmission protocols. The ProShip solution lowered shipping costs, brought inventory closer to customers, improved carrier compliance and reporting across 3 DCs and 8,000+ store locations, and enabled GNC to detect shipping inefficiencies (e.g., suspicious next‑day air volume) while scaling omnichannel fulfillment.
