ProProfs Quiz Maker helped Professor Daniel Stein, Director of Technology Initiatives at Touro College, solve a practical teaching challenge: how to train future teachers and assess roughly 400 students a year with engaging, standards-aligned quizzes. He needed a user-friendly tool that even technology novices could use to create assessments that teach—embedding definitions and videos, aligning to NYS Regents content, and reliably measuring student learning.

Using ProProfs Quiz Maker, Stein built “T3-Tests” that combine an intuitive GUI, image support, random question selection, in-question resources, automated certificate emailing, and detailed analytics (including IP tracking and question analysis). The tool became a staple across his graduate education courses, saving time, revealing knowledge gaps, and helping students become better instructors.
