Entertainment One (eOne) is a global independent studio that develops, produces and sells film, TV and music content. The company struggled with fragmented financial and title data—over 13 general ledgers, more than 40 systems and countless Excel files—so reporting was slow, inconsistent and required frequent reconciliations; even after standardizing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, eOne could not quickly produce reliable reports or roll forward forecasts.
