Wilson implemented Prophix, integrating it with Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate, MS Project Enterprise, and Cosential to build six core models and role-based dashboards. This automation produced monthly financials, WIP and weekly production reports, and a robust forecasting process, saved up to four days a month on weekly reporting and up to two weeks on GL/WIP tasks, improved margin visibility and early issue detection, and gave departments tailored access to the data needed for faster, more informed decisions.
