After selecting Prophix’s cloud-based CPM platform, Spacesaver automated budgeting, forecasting, reporting and consolidation, and organized data using their Chart of Accounts. The finance team moved from a four-day close where results were unclear until day three to having informed discussions by day two; P&L generation dropped from 40 hours to 45 minutes, a key report went from four hours to five minutes, and consolidation, currency conversion, budget vs. actuals, inventory and profitability analyses are now faster and more accurate—enabling data-driven decisions and what‑if scenario planning.
