INTOCAST selected Prophix for its seamless integration with their SYSPRO ERP and expandability. Prophix replaced the Excel process with a centralized, web-based budgeting solution that automatically consolidates targets from all 20 locations, supports multiple languages and currencies, and connects SYSPRO instances via automated imports to SQL Server. The result is faster, more secure and transparent budgeting with a single version of financial truth—and plans are already underway to extend Prophix to sales planning and group consolidation.
