Imerco, Denmark’s largest hardware retail chain with 183 stores and a loyalty club of over one million members, faced a slow, error-prone budgeting process driven by a complex Excel model that took months and lacked a single version of the financial truth. The Office of Finance sought a user-friendly solution to automate budgeting and reporting across its more than 150 branches.
