Spacesaver Corporation, a Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin–based manufacturer founded in 1972 with about $100 million in annual revenue and 350 employees, was relying on an IFS ERP but struggled with poor financial statements, inadequate ERP reporting, no budget template, a slow close, and data discrepancies. They implemented CPM software to automate budgeting, forecasting, reporting, personnel planning and financial consolidation, building financial, sales, personnel, exchange-rate and consolidated models. The solution delivered currency conversion and faster consolidation reports, consolidated budgets, “what‑if” analysis and clearer budget vs. actuals, improving product‑mix, pricing, profitability and labor insights, enabling earlier, more intelligent discussions in the close and better cross‑department collaboration; dashboards and scorecards are planned to further enhance visibility.
