ChanceLight, a U.S. leader in behavioral health, therapy and education serving nearly 19,000 clients across 150 locations in 27 states, was hindered by Excel-based accounting—broken links, corrupt files and an inability to consolidate financial data—limiting budgeting, reporting and operational visibility.

Prophix automated core financial processes and created a consolidated financial model, enabling GL-level budgeting, improved forecasting, advanced alternative-hierarchy reporting, weekly metrics on receivables and enrollment, and on-demand consolidated reports; ChanceLight plans to extend use to headcount and fixed-asset planning.
