GSA International, LTD., a Wayne, Michigan–based transportation and logistics provider that has grown from a one-person brokerage to a full asset-based fleet and logistics operation, was struggling with an antiquated TMS built for billing only, no tracking, no fuel surcharge matrices, and heavy reliance on spreadsheets and manual calculations. After evaluating options, GSA selected Prophesy Transportation Solutions and purchased Prophesy Dispatch following a product demonstration that showcased automatic rating, EDI, and combined brokerage/asset capabilities.

Prophesy Transportation Solutions implemented an 11-user, multi-company Prophesy Dispatch system integrated with QuickBooks, SQL Server and EDI and deployed modules including VisiFreight, Mileage & Routing, TaxTally, DriverTrax, Document Imaging and SaferWatch. The change cut IFTA fuel-tax prep from 20 hours per quarter to about 30 minutes (noted as 19 IFTA man‑hours saved per month), sped carrier verification with SaferWatch™, increased productivity through document imaging and searchable records, centralized brokerage and asset operations, and supported fleet growth and ongoing business expansion.
