Ike Transportation, a Murfreesboro, Tennessee carrier founded in 1996, outgrew its early paper-and-phone dispatching and QuickBooks bookkeeping processes as it expanded beyond two trucks. To modernize dispatching while keeping QuickBooks integration and on‑premises hosting, Ike selected Prophesy Transportation Solutions’ ProphesySeries Dispatch after product demonstrations and evaluation.

Prophesy Transportation Solutions implemented ProphesySeries Dispatch (initially a six‑user install) with QuickBooks and mobile communications; Ike later expanded to a 10‑user system and added fuel tax reporting, commercial mileage and routing, driver log auditing and management, a Qualcomm interface and Document Imaging. The solution is used daily to keep operations organized, grew system users from 6 to 10, and supported Ike’s continued expansion (Ike reported 52 trucks and 64 employees by 2011); Ike also credits Prophesy’s training with smoothing implementation.
