Amazon’s EMEA Consumer Talent Acquisition team needed a more engaging, meaningful way to run its Innovation Day for 200+ employees across multiple countries after a year of remote work and rapid change. To avoid another dull webinar, Amazon worked with PropFuel through Matchbox Virtual Media and used PropFuel’s conversational engagement platform to capture attendee input before and after the event.
PropFuel helped create pre-event check-ins that primed attendees, revealed what they most wanted from the experience, and surfaced key topics for discussion; for example, 59% wanted to celebrate accomplishments and connect with colleagues, and 62% responded to a question about AI ethics, with 63% saying they needed more information or were undecided. After the event, PropFuel continued the conversation to learn what topics attendees most wanted to revisit and what they liked best, with responses showing strong interest in future recruitment innovation and human connection, helping Amazon and Matchbox validate the event’s success and plan future team days.
