International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), a global organization of legal professionals focused on technology, needed a better way to engage 1,300 nonmember webinar registrants and convert them into paid members. Instead of relying on a standard email promotion, the association looked for a more contextual approach to understand prospects’ interest and motivations.
Using PropFuel’s Ask-Capture-Act platform, ITechLaw sent a four-question post-webinar campaign that gauged attendee satisfaction, surfaced what nonmembers valued, and asked directly whether they would consider joining. PropFuel helped route responses to landing pages, emails, and staff alerts for follow-up; the campaign generated 167 interested nonmembers, including 115 “Yes” responses to joining, with 86% of respondents saying yes and a potential to grow membership by more than 10%.
