ASAE, the American Society of Association Executives, needed a better way to engage new and renewing members year-round during COVID-19 and learn more about their needs, interests, and goals. To support that effort, ASAE used PropFuel’s contextual engagement platform to replace one-size-fits-all messaging with more personalized, two-way member communications.
PropFuel helped ASAE launch an Ask-Capture-Act campaign with sequenced check-ins across the membership year, using questions, landing pages, tags, and email alerts to route members to relevant content and staff follow-up. The program produced strong engagement, including 9,028 member campaign responses in the first nine months, nearly 800 verified volunteer interests, 370 individualized text responses, and 110 members with validated member-benefit needs.
