Yukon Medical, a rapidly growing developer of pharmaceutical preparation and drug delivery devices, was struggling with a legacy product and quality system that couldn’t scale, was hard to train on, and made supplier and partner communication cumbersome. To address these challenges, Yukon replaced the old tool with Propel’s modern, intuitive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management (QMS) platform.
Propel implemented an integrated, Salesforce‑built PLM/QMS with features like supplier portals, customizable fields and layouts, global search, and a pre‑built customer complaint process. The switch let Yukon onboard new hires faster (employee questions “died down after a few weeks”), respond to customer cases more quickly, streamline design controls and training, and improve supplier collaboration—delivering measurable time savings and a more consistent, scalable quality process.
