The integrated Salesforce/Propel/SAP solution consolidated over six enterprise applications into one platform, delivered CRM, PLM and QMS in eight months, and deployed “ten years of QMS innovation in six months,” enabling full lifecycle visibility, faster regulatory reporting and significant reductions in data re-entry and process overhead.
