EUROstyles D2C strategy strengthens relationship with B2B partners

EUROstyle, a family-owned company in the animal food and gardening industry, faced a dual challenge: adapting to government regulations requiring a multi-brand strategy and growing internationally without straining its relationships with B2B retail partners. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Propeller and its commerce platform to build a new direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy.

Propeller implemented a solution using a single unified back-end to power multiple branded D2C websites and a dedicated B2B dealer platform. The D2C sites feature a content-focused design that provides advice and inspiration while encouraging purchases through local resellers via a store finder tool. For B2B partners, Propeller provided digital self-service portals with specific pricing and catalogs. The result was six distinct channels, including multiple consumer web shops and a dealer platform, strengthening both consumer awareness and B2B relationships.
