Propellant Media deployed a mix of keyword-level search retargeting and geo-fencing (custom-shaped zones around doctors’ offices) as the core service.
Propellant Media applied multivariate algorithms and mid-flight optimizations—fine-tuning keywords and shifting budget to top performers—and used cross-device matching to deliver desktop ads to users who entered geo-fences. The campaign delivered a $12.68 CPA (against a $100 target) with roughly two months remaining in the four-month flight, a CPV of $12.68, and a .18% CTR, roughly double the industry average of .08–.1%.
