New Home Builder engaged Propellant Media to drive potential buyers to visit new homes. The developer’s challenge was to precisely reach local prospects and track online-to-offline conversions using mobile advertising—specifically geo-fencing with conversion zones and other programmatic tactics—with a performance target of 0.1% CTR.
Propellant Media implemented a mix of search retargeting, site retargeting, mobile geo-optimization, and geo-fencing with conversion zones, placing fences around home improvement stores and conversion zones at the new developments, plus event targeting for a local college football game and on-the-fly optimizations (blacklisting domains, adjusting frequency caps). Over two months Propellant Media delivered 49 geo-fence conversions and achieved a 1% CTR, far exceeding the campaign goal.
