Home Developer Company needed to drive potential buyers to visit new homes and accurately track online-to-offline conversions. They engaged Propellant Media to run a mobile advertising campaign using geo-fencing with conversion zones technology and other programmatic tactics, with a performance goal of a 0.1% CTR.

Propellant Media implemented search and site retargeting, mobile geo-optimization, and geo-fencing with conversion zones—placing geo-fences around home improvement stores and conversion zones at new home developments, plus event targeting for a local college football game and ongoing optimizations (domain blacklisting, frequency cap updates). Over two months the campaign delivered 49 geo-fence conversions and exceeded the CTR goal, achieving a 1% CTR.
