How a Small Boutique Hotel Found Suite Success

Boutique Hotel, located in a popular destination area, needed to build brand awareness and increase on-property visits while achieving a low cost per acquisition. They engaged Propellant Media to deploy geo-fencing technology and other digital tactics to track offline conversions and improve overall advertising performance.

Propellant Media implemented geo-fencing with conversion zones targeting competitor properties, plus search retargeting, keyword-level and category contextual targeting, while using multivariate algorithms and optimizations (keyword tuning, domain blacklisting, pacing and impression capping). The campaign delivered 30 geo-fence conversions, a CPA of $32.86 and a 0.14% CTR, and Propellant Media’s Conversion Zone tool enabled tracking of Total Visit Rate (TVR) and Cost Per Visit (CPV).
