Propellant Media implemented keyword-level search retargeting, site retargeting, mobile geo-optimization and multivariate algorithm-driven optimizations—blacklisting low-value domains, tuning frequency caps and pacing, reallocating budget to top-performing segments, and rotating creative seasonally.
