Cintas sought to eliminate erroneous orders caused by their aging field-operations platform and paper-based processes. The vendor, Propelics, was engaged to address these challenges, initiating the project with a Mobile Assessment and Roadmap Strategy.

Propelics developed two key applications for Cintas. The Routebook app replaced paper-based processes, while the CoPilot app provided drivers with tools and route information, dramatically simplifying order creation from 70 taps to just 6. This transformation, informed by firsthand driver ride-alongs, resulted in a significant surge in operational efficiency for Cintas.
