ProPay’s EnsureBill automatically updated stored card information and seamlessly integrated with Plexus’s payment processing, allowing Plexus Worldwide to refresh over 91,000 cards, cut declines by 9%, and generate more than $300,000 in additional revenue on the first run. The solution also reduced customer service workload, lowered authorization fees, maintained customer retention with uninterrupted service, and produced no increase in returns.
