Digital Realty runs 30 global design sprints in 2 months with Propane Studio

Digital Realty engaged Propane Studio to help its global teams envision the future of its customer-facing applications. The challenge was to accelerate internal innovation and build deeper connections among diverse, far-flung teams by conducting a series of virtual innovation workshops across the globe.

Propane Studio developed custom Figma templates and facilitated 30 design sprint workshops for five teams. The solution included co-creating innovation narratives, developing wireframes and visualizations, and coaching teams on executive presentations. The results impressed Digital Realty's leadership, sparking animated conversations about each concept's feasibility and adding market-enhancing ideas to the corporate roadmap.
