TVF&R selected Proofpoint Enterprise Protection’s cloud solution for inbound/outbound security, anti-spam/anti-virus, policy enforcement and message tracing, plus user self-service quarantines, safelists/blocklists and flexible AD integration. The deployment reduced false positives and spam digests, ensured email continuity during outages, lowered total cost of ownership, removed the need for a dedicated mail administrator, and freed IT staff to focus on higher-priority work while retaining the option for future on‑premises/virtual appliance deployment.
