The Texas Credit Union League, which represents roughly 600 Texas credit unions, concluded after an IT audit that its electronic messaging policy needed expansion and that certain emails had to be retained for defined periods. After distributing the new policy, the League faced the practical challenge of enforcing archiving requirements without adding staff or infrastructure—manual printing was impractical and in-house solutions were unpredictable and maintenance-heavy.

The deployment reduced load on the Exchange server and backup windows, minimized IT overhead, improved business continuity, and delivered secure, easily managed email archiving.
