Leading Asian jewellery retailer protects multiple lines of business with Proofpoint

Aspial, a leading Asian jewellery retailer, needed stronger protection for sensitive internal data and cloud-powered applications across multiple lines of business. Working with WEYX Solutions, the company evaluated several vendors through a proof of concept and chose Proofpoint, including Proofpoint Cloud App Security Broker (CASB) and Proofpoint Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), to improve security without disrupting productivity.

Proofpoint and WEYX Solutions implemented the solutions to provide cloud visibility and control, protection against cloud-based threats and malware, and machine learning-based detection and remediation to prevent data leakage and support compliance. The deployment and training took a few months, and Aspial saw benefits almost immediately, including successfully detecting and preventing a major data breach early in the rollout.
