Lund University’s Formula Student team — 30 engineering and 12 business students who design and build a race car — struggled to collaborate across different faculties, course schedules and part‑time commitments. To manage dispersed team members and flexible deadlines they adopted the ProofHub collaboration platform to coordinate tasks, lead discussions, and track events and deadlines alongside Google Drive.

ProofHub set up project spaces with discussions, task lists and deadline tracking, plus integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox, and created both team‑wide and subteam projects (e.g., Chassis, Engine, Sponsoring, Communication). As a result, ProofHub improved coordination and discussion flow, increased productivity, and helped the team stick to individual and overall deadlines while ensuring everyone receives the relevant information.
