Tithe.ly, a Nashville‑based SaaS that helps churches manage giving and engagement, faced a common two‑sided marketplace problem: its high‑ranking blog attracted diverse audience segments with different needs, making it hard to route visitors to the right content and CTAs. To solve this, Tithe.ly worked with Proof and deployed Proof Experiences to personalize blog posts and calls to action for each key audience segment.
Using Proof, Tithe.ly mapped the customer journey, created CTAs for downloads, demo requests, and free trials, and embedded synchronized smart CTAs inline and at the end of posts without any engineering work. In a 14‑day 50/50 controlled experiment with Proof Experiences, the personalized content group saw an 82% higher email submission rate (≈81.94%), substantially increasing blog leads.
