The University of Victoria partnered with Global Affairs Canada to host an inaugural three-day conference on diversity, bringing together policymakers, researchers, educators, community members, government, corporate leaders, and students. They needed support to manage a complex, first-time event with many stakeholders and high expectations, and turned to Proof Experiences for conference and event planning expertise.

Proof Experiences helped guide the Steering Committee of more than 20 academic and community leaders, advised on best practices, and supported coordination with partners such as the World Wildlife Fund and The Trudeau Foundation. The vendor also handled strategic planning, logistics, and on-site event management for the 80+ speakers, eight working sessions, gala dinner, and six conference themes, resulting in a successful turnkey conference delivery.
