TransLink needed to support the development of Transport 2050, a 30-year regional transportation strategy for Metro Vancouver, but some areas of the region were still underrepresented in public feedback. Proof Experiences was brought in to help engage residents in those communities and encourage participation in the consultation process, using brand ambassadors and survey outreach.

Proof Experiences deployed brand ambassadors at strategically selected transportation hubs to speak with commuters, share information about Transport 2050, and direct residents to an online survey via postcards. This approach allowed both quick participation and deeper conversations, and resulted in over 2,500 geo-targeted residents completing the survey, helping validate the sample and ensure broader regional representation.
