Timbercreek Asset Management partnered with Proof Experiences to plan and execute a hybrid employee rebrand launch event for its Timbercreek Equities and Timbercreek Communications teams. The challenge was to engage, educate, and commemorate the launch of the new Hazelview brand for more than 700 employees worldwide.

Proof Experiences delivered a 1.5-hour hybrid event streamed live from Toronto, featuring leadership panels, surprise engagement elements, a themed speaker, an employee testimonial video, an intro video package, and a virtual photo booth. The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback, including a 4.5/5 rating, and Timbercreek noted that Proof Experiences helped turn employees into brand advocates through creative, flawless execution.
