Nestle Canada partnered with Proof Experiences for its annual January employee conference, a hybrid event designed to inspire and motivate staff. The challenge was to engage both 500 in-person attendees and 4,000 remote employees across Canada equally, with virtual attendance treated as a true VIP experience rather than an afterthought.

Proof Experiences delivered a hybrid engagement strategy that included pre-event mailings to virtual attendees, audience input on content, a highly produced multimedia broadcast, live Q&A, behind-the-scenes interviews, social sharing, contests, and real-time polling. Proof Experiences also repurposed the content into a post-event resource, helping extend the event’s value after it ended and for employees who missed it.
