Listen UP! Canada, now HearingLife, was piloting an experiential campaign to drive traffic to hearing clinics, book hearing tests, and raise awareness around hearing loss among Baby Boomers. They needed a partner with expertise in consumer education and staff who could deliver serious health messages in a relatable, engaging way. Proof Experiences provided staffing solutions, team leads, and training to support the program.
Proof Experiences selected brand ambassadors who could connect authentically with the Baby Boomer demographic and make hearing education fun and interactive. Many ambassadors were Boomers themselves and were trained to educate consumers on hearing loss and hearing aids while keeping the experience positive. The campaign delivered measurable lifts in traffic and hearing test bookings at all participating Listen UP! locations during and after the program.
