Juvéderm worked with Proof Experiences to address a common challenge in the facial filler category: many potential customers were getting stuck in the consideration phase and needed more motivation to move toward purchase. Proof Experiences helped the brand better understand what was holding Canadian women back and what would encourage them to take action.

Proof Experiences developed a measurement framework to capture pre-event perceptions, onsite engagement, and post-event reactions, then used those insights to shape Beauty Decoded Live, an event experience featuring live talks, private consultations, and a live injection demonstration. The activation helped make Juvéderm’s benefits more tangible and natural-looking, while the data-driven approach measured how each element influenced consideration and purchase.
