Wesfil Australia Pty Ltd, an automotive parts wholesaler with seven branches, needed a scalable, modern ERP to replace its aging proprietary system and to upgrade its existing Pronto Xi deployment as their on‑premise server reached end of life. Working with Pronto Software, Wesfil sought a future‑proof platform that met the needs of its finance and operations teams and supported cloud hosting and improved reporting.

Pronto Software migrated Wesfil to a cloud‑hosted Pronto Xi environment (Pronto Cloud), implemented TrueForm Neo for forms and integrated Business Intelligence across accounting, sales, purchasing and inventory. The upgrade—completed over a weekend after a direct line to the hosting centre—moved IT support externally, preserved data integrity with nightly checks, enabled fast, accurate querying and reporting for 50 concurrent users, and improved customer service and scalability for future initiatives such as EDI and advanced warehousing.
